Aspen Digital is a program of the Aspen Institute that aims to bring together thinkers and doers worldwide to uncover new ideas and spark actions that empower communities and strengthen democracy. An ongoing design collaboration has led to the development of a new visual language, a website, reports, and other materials that all leverage the Aspen Institute’s brand but allow this identity system to stand on its own and grow as the group's scope and vision continue to widen.
Aspen Cyber Summit
Produced by Aspen Digital, the Aspen Cyber Summit is a yearly event that examines today's cybersecurity challenges and how they impact the community at large. To support the event, a visual language was designed, which leveraged the Aspen Institute’s leaf logo and was intended to be used in a variety of applications during the event, as well as in future editions of the conference.
Reports
As part of the overall brand development effort, a series of individual digital reports have been designed, all meant to reinforce and extend the organization’s brand identity and its overall goals. The reports cover topics like Digital Equity, Journalism & A.I., and many others. The first of these publications was designed for the 2021 Commission on Information Disorder, which aimed to find actionable responses to the country’s disinformation crisis.
